Shipping Policy

Due to Covid-19 restrictions and carrier delays, please allow additional time for shipping.

Shipping speed only estimates the number of days in transit and does not account for days needed to process an order.

Shipping may be delayed due to demand and staff capacity as a result of Covid-19 safety guidelines.

Please contact us at storeonline@moca.org for any specific shipping timelines. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Curbside Pickup:
Customers may select Curbside Pick up at checkout. The pickup location is 250 S. Grand Ave Los Angeles, CA 90012.

Pickup hours are Tuesday-Friday 11am-5pm, Saturday-Sunday 11am-6pm or by appointment.

Appointments are easily available during standard business hours, most days of the week. Please reply to your order email or contact us to arrange your pickup.

Please note the store is not open for in-store browsing.

International orders:
Customers are responsible for duties & taxes. MOCA Store will not pay for duties & taxes. Orders abandoned due to non-payment of duties and taxes will not be refunded.

For orders that are purchased and shipped outside of the United States, we do not accept returns. For assistance, please contact us at storeonline@moca.org.
