In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available during the following hours:

Tuesday–Friday: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
By appointment: Additional pickup times may be arranged upon request.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours provided they have not yet shipped. If your order has already been processed for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping Notice
Please allow extra time for delivery. Occasional carrier delays may affect standard shipping timelines. Shipping speed only estimates the number of days in transit and does not account for days needed to process an order. Shipping may be delayed due to demand and staff capacity.

Please contact us at storeonline@moca.org for any specific shipping timelines. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Holiday Ordering
Our small team hand-packs each order with care, and the holidays are our busiest time of year. For the best chance of receiving your items by December 25, we recommend placing holiday orders by December 9.

International orders
Customers are responsible for duties & taxes. MOCA Store will not pay for duties & taxes. Orders abandoned due to non-payment of duties and taxes will not be refunded. For orders that are purchased and shipped outside of the United States, we do not accept returns. For assistance, please contact us at storeonline@moca.org. MOCA Store reserves the right to cancel any order.

Inventory Accuracy
We strive to keep our online inventory up to date with our in-store stock. However, in rare cases, an item may sell out in-store before the online quantity is updated. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
