Published on the occasion of the exhibition Shell at Del Vaz Projects with works by Heidi Bucher, Olivia Erlanger & Nicola L., this publication contextualizes the practices of these three artists within a combined framework of the Feminist Art Movement of the 60's and 70's and architectural theory by Gaston Bachelard, Maurice Merleau-Ponty and Juhani Pallasmaa.
The publication, which is designed by Benjamin Schwartz, printed by Bolger Printing, edited by Jennifer Piejko and published by Del Vaz Projects, contains an expanded essay by Philomena Epps as well as three essays by Jay Ezra Nayssan on each of the participating artists.
